Watsonville — Second Harvest Food Bank will host another drive through community food distribution on Friday, April 17th at the Santa Cruz County Fairgrounds in Watsonville. The distribution will be between the hours of 9am – 1pm.
Residents of Santa Cruz County who cannot afford to purchase food can come and receive a bag of pantry items and a bag of produce. This is plenty of food for a family, so we ask that if you have attended one of Second Harvest’s previous food distributions in this same week please allow those who still need food to get their share.
The drive through distribution begins at 9am, we ask community members to not arrive before 9am so we can get fully set up. The distribution will end at 1pm.
For people to learn more information on this week’s drive through distribution, people should call our Community Food Hotline at (831)662-0991.
Please note that this drive through distribution is for residents of Santa Cruz County. If you need food assistance and live in San Benito county, please call (831) 637-0340 and for food assistance in Monterey County please call (831) 758-1523.
