We Did It!

On behalf of the generations of working poor families, seniors and children who will benefit from Second Harvest’s expansion project, we thank the community for coming together to reach our goal.  We raised over $4.3 million for our project that will ensure that no one goes hungry in Santa Cruz County.

Today we distribute 6.5 million pounds of food a year through our network of 180 agencies and programs.  By 2015, the expected need will be 10 million pounds of food.  Your generous donations are building a well-nourished community.  See a video about our project.
